It was clean and also close to the beach and promenade
-
It's super base for visiting some must see attractions in Playa del Ingles. Such a superb service too.
-
Suitable place for exploring Playa del Ingles. Astonishing view and sunny balcony. Very helpful staff. Plenty of food in the hotel, self-service restaurant.
-
The system All Inclusive, the staff was polite. there were 4 swimming pools at the territory and 2 jacuzzy, enough amount of sunbeds. Our room was cleaned every day and with good quality. The food at the restaurant was quite good.
-
Throughtout the hotel the staff could not do enough to help and were so friendly. Well done.
Hotel seemed a little tired, especially the corridor carpeting and beds.Rooms without seaview are particularly noisy with passing traffic.
-
Very good location, 3 sweeming pools, good food- many spanish dishes, clean, quite, nice people, lots of spanish turists, close to the sea
reception is not very nice and bad english, luck of information about activities

This hotel was very good, the service was too.
If there should be a reason why we should not come back, it's because of problems with the elevator.
-
very good choice! perfect cuisine end location!
-
Very nice, 80's feel.
Needs modernizing from the 80's, 2 of 3 lift's didn't work, second stay in hotel and lift's weren't for the first stay either.
-
The best part of hotel was the sea view from hotel, I also updated Booked.net of our stay
Reception area can get very overcrowded as very small area
-
Don't go there! The pictures on Booked.net are totally different from reality!
The room are really small, dirty and with old furniture. No hairdryer and they change towel every 3 days! They make you pay when you check in because they know you will run away when u see the room. The air conditioning make strange noices and there is not water pressure in the shower! I don't want even start talking about the Hotel staff...not nice or professional, not helpfull and very grumpy.
-
The staff was friendly, nice located near the beach and restaurants. From airport to hotel is max 30 min with taxi which costs somewhere between 33 euro -36 euro.
The room was smaller than the picture showed, and I believe they put an extra bed in a two persons-bedroom. The towels were changed every two days (not always) and the bed-sheets every three days, with kids swimming in the sea and excursions.. not comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable, don't expect to much; we had half-pension (breakfast & dinner), however the drinks of the dinner were not included, strange you would think that you drink during dinner. Dinner-selection don't expect to much, we have eaten only two days in the hotel and the rest out-side. I will not go back to this hotel.

Hotel was a very good value for money. It had air conditioning which was important to us as we stayed in July and while researching available hotels in the area suitable for us I realised that only a handful of acommodation in the Canaries come with air conditioning as standard, most of other air conditioned hotels were out of our price range. Beverly Park is situated in a fabulous location, a stone throw away from the small but really nice beach. We tried the main beach in Playa del Ingles but found it to be too busy and hectic therefore the beach nearer to the hotel was much nicer. It has quiter surroundings than a lot of other hotels in Playa del Ingles yet the night life spots were within easy walking distance or a cheap taxi ride away. Hotel is very clean, our room was cleaned daily. Beds in the hotel were really comfortable. We didn't need much assistance during our weekly stay so cannot really comment on the efficiency of stuff but they seemed to be nice and helpfull enough.
We stayed in the hotel on the b&b basis and breakfast was just adequate, a lot of Spanish people stayed at the hotel and it was clear that breakfast selection was chosen with them in mind so if you want Englsh or Irish breakfast book the hotel on a self-catering basis, there are a couple of restaurants within 5 min walk that do nice and cheap breakfasts. Also as many guests go all inclusive there were a lot of queues for drinks etc but since we paid for our drinks on the spot we didnt have to queue. Rooms are a bit on the small side but you do not come to a place like that to sit in the room. When we stayed at Beverly Park the hotel was fully booked out so it was busy by the pool and if you wanted sun-loungers you had to reserve them early in the morning. However sun-loungers by the beach were plentiful and only cost e7.50 For 2 loungers and parasol for the day so we did just that for most of our holiday.
-
It is pretty close to the beach
I did not like the hotel staff at all, being rude and not really helpful.
-
Pool area very well kept and relaxing.
Very little effort to engage with guests who did not speak Spanish or german.also was a euro seniors destination so very few younger guests. Also the price of drinks was through the roof. €2.20 for a small plastic glass of orange at the poolside bar and hotel have the right to charge you their prices for any drink you bring in from the shop outside!!!
